We work with the seasons and our menus change several times a year to take advantage of ingredients while they’re at their best. Where possible, we use local suppliers and ingredients, and are always on the lookout for new and local sources.

Our sample menus are always just a starting point – let us help you put together the perfect selection of dishes for your event. And we will always take into account any special dietary requirements.
