Southern Highlands Food
Delilah specialises in “good buns” – delicious pulled pork, spiced brisket and haloumi buns – as well as tasty sides and sweets. Our menu offers incredible flavour and lots of variety, as well as all the ease and freshness of having a portable kitchen onsite.
We can be serving your guests our freshly prepared good buns within half an hour of arriving at your home, school or workplace. And once everyone is fed, we simply pull away and leave you to your celebrations.
Wedding Food Truck
A Van Called Delilah is the perfect food truck for a wedding with a difference. We can cater for the main event, and we’re also a great option to feed your wedding guests at the night-before party or the recovery brunch.
Delilah will add a lovely vintage style to your wedding and we are happy to work in with event coordinators and stylists to ensure she is the perfect fit for your special day.
